To bad as I was sitting at work, at 8 AM!, the "big daddy" balloon right above my head popped and scared me half to death.... not to mention I got spit all over me... ew ew....
My office (my computer is to the right ) Notice the calendar... that is an Outhouse calendar Chad has decided is my new traditional Christmas present (3rd year in a row) Also if you'll look closely there is a ceramic statue given to me by a student from the Dominican Republic, our birthdays were close together so he brought it back from his home country! I like to threaten Darryl that I'll run away to the Dominican with Julio if he doesn't listen to me.. haha
Birthday lunch with my dad in High Point... mmm Greatful Bread

And finally the traditional strawberry birthday cake that I have EVERY YEAR! Though I did miss Jeremy's famous strawberry cake :) my mom did a pretty dern good job!

One of those March Days...

I have every intention in the world to post a blog with some fun pictures soon... from our first Christmas tree.. (it was a Charlie Brown 4ft. tall tree)... to a tour of our town house... (if I can get it clean enough!)... to my lovely Thursday night bible study girls (12 high schoolers in one small townhouse = mayhem) and then maybe even some pictures from my upcoming trip to the beach with Darryl and my Dad to visit my brother.. (meaning Darryl and Chad will gang up on me).. so if anyone still checks in on this ol' blog maybe you'll see a new posting soon :)

until then... :)

"It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade." -- Charles Dickens
